# View an Einstein Recommendations Customer Profile

View a customer profile in Einstein Recommendations.

1. Click the **Reports** tab within Einstein Recommendations.
2. Click **Contacts**.
3. Enter the customer’s email address.
4. Click **Go**.

    Tip To view a random customer profile, click **Load Random Profile**.
