To check the status of your Marketing Cloud Engagement account, use the member ID (MID) for your instance. It's also helpful to know your MID when you configure a Web Collect URL, or when you want to obtain the URL endpoints for the Marketing Cloud Engagement APIs.
- In Marketing Cloud Engagement, click the name of your account.
- Copy the ID next to MID.
- (Optional) Go to the Marketing Cloud Engagement status page and enter your MID in the search field.
