To check the status of your Marketing Cloud Engagement account, use the member ID (MID) for your instance. It's also helpful to know your MID when you configure a Web Collect URL, or when you want to obtain the URL endpoints for the Marketing Cloud Engagement APIs.

1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement, click the name of your account.
2. Copy the ID next to **MID**.
3. (Optional) Go to the [Marketing Cloud Engagement status page](https://status.salesforce.com/products/Marketing_Cloud) and enter your MID in the search field.
