Assign a Role to All Business Unit Users

In Marketing Cloud Engagement, you can assign a role to all users in a business unit. Additional roles can be assigned directly to the user. When roles conflict, deny settings override allow roles.

1. In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
2. Click Business Units..
3. Select the business unit you want to work with.
4. Click Manage Roles.
5. To assign or remove a role, select a role. To assign the selected role to all child business units, select force inheritance.
6. Save your work.
