Selecting the Public option in Email Studio will result in this list being displayed in the Subscription Center. A subscriber can opt-in or opt-out of any public list.
- Hover over Subscribers.
- Click Lists.
- Select the name of the list to set to public.
- Click Properties.
- Select the checkbox for Public.
