You can filter the WhatsApp deliveries dashboard by:
- Send date
- Business unit
- Campaign
- WhatsApp business account
- WhatsApp channel name
After you select the filters, click Apply.
The WhatsApp deliveries dashboard contains these sections.
- Delivery KPIs—Top KPIs for message deliveries within the filtered time
period. These KPIs include:
- Sends—The sum of sends that were successfully rendered.
- Deliveries—The number of messages received.
- Delivery Rate— The message delivery rate. Calculation: Sends ÷ Deliveries.

Note Each section shows how the measurement performed in the previous period and whether it increased or decreased. You can define the compare to period with the send date filter.
- Bounce KPIs—Top KPIs for the number of messages that didn’t reach the
intended recipient within the filtered time period. These KPIs include:
- Bounces—The sum of messages that weren’t successfully rendered.
- Bounce Rate—The percentage of messages that didn’t reach the intended recipient.
- Bounce - Not Sent—The sum of messages that weren’t successfully sent.
- Bounce - Not Sent Rate—The percentage of the number of messages that weren’t successfully sent.
- Bounce Failures—The sum of messages that failed to send.
- Bounce Failures Rate—The percentage of the number of messages that failed to send.
- Delivery Timeline—Shows the selected measurements over a timeline. You can also select the granularity that you want to filter the graph by, for example, sends.
- Breakdowns—This section shows an analysis of the selected measurement.
- By Day of the Week—A table that shows how the selected measurement performed each day of the week. This table can help you determine the best day to optimize your push notifications.
- By Locale—A pie chart that shows the selected measurement divided by the locale.
- By Conversation Type—A table that shows how each measurement is performed per conversation type.
- Send Details—A table of your top-100 WhatsApp messages within the defined time frame, according to the selected measurement.
