Use the Marketing Assistant app to ask questions about your marketing data and see
results.
| REQUIRED USER ROLE |
| To run Marketplace apps |
Admins, Power Users, or Viewers |
-
In Marketing Cloud Intelligence, on the Marketplace tab, select Apps.
-
Click Installed Solutions, and then select the Marketing
Assistant app.
-
On the Conversation tab, ask Alexa about your configured KPIs by either typing in the
question or using voice. The app displays a dashboard with the results.
-
To export the dashboard as a PDF, click Export View as PDF. You also
use voice commands and tell Alexa to export the page for you.
-
To save the app page as a standalone dashboard page, click Save View as Data
Canvas Page.
-
On the Daily Brief tab, see which KPIs are either on track or underperforming. (If goals
weren’t defined, the widget is empty.)
-
To customize the app, click the Settings icon in the top right of
the page. Here you can change the device’s pairing settings, adjust the KPIs and filters.
-
To change the top dimensions per KPI, select Assistant Training and
click Set Breakdowns. For example, change the dimension from Device
Category to Campaign, so you can see a breakdown of your Page Views by campaign.
