When an app starts to install, two synchronous steps occur during installation. These steps affect the installation status of the app.
- All underlying entities are created.
- Underlying entities that require processing are processed (for example data streams and insights bots).
The successful installation of an app depends on the successful completion of the above two processes.
There are three possible statuses of an app’s installation.
- Successful
- Draft
- Failed
This table summarizes of all the different statuses and the different stages of underlying entity creation.
| App Status | Description | Entities are Created | Entities are Processed | App Ready for Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Success | The app was installed successfully |
