Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requires users to enter two or more pieces of evidence, or factors, to prove identification. One factor is something the user knows, such as a username and password combination. Other factors are verification methods that the user has in possession, such as an authenticator app or security key. All users must have a registered MFA method in order to access the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform directly.
Note If you use single sign-on (SSO) to access the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform,
you’re required to use MFA for your SSO identity provider. See Salesforce Multi-Factor Authentication FAQ.
