If your file doesn’t include a date in any of the fields, you can add a date in the mapping process, without having an existing date field in your file.

- From the Connect & Mix tab, select Data Streams, and then Data Streams List.
- Click Create New, and upload your file.

In the Map to Model window click Date to add
a date field, and apply a formula in the formula editor.
There are several date formulas you can apply.
TODAY() Adds today's date to the file. The uploading date is applied to the file. DATEADD(interval,number,date) Adds or subtracts time from a given date according to the entity you entered as the interval. For example, DATEADD('d',-1,TODAY()) retrieve yesterday's date and DATEADD('m',-1,TODAY()) retrieves last months date. DATE(year,month,day) Enter a date of your choice, for example DATE(2022,06,01). 
Note When mapping files with the same date you may lose data as time goes by. Data entered for a certain date replaces existing data for the selected date. To prevent losing your data, enter a new date for each file uploaded without reprocessing the data.
