Action rules define how a rule is triggered. For example, the action can be triggered by time or by a specific event. You can create a rule for several actions.

Define the trigger By Time or By Event. Defining the trigger determines what prompts the

- By Time — Sets daily, weekly, or monthly triggers.
- By Event — Sets a KPI for a specific measurement. For example, you want to be notified when your Message Total Clicks drops below 100.
- Apply filters. To narrow your results, you can apply a date range filter. For example, if you want your action rule to stop after 1 month, you can set the date range for 1 month.
- To save your rule, click Create Action Rules.
