Unique Referral Count

In B2B Referral Management, a unique referral is represented by the unique combination of the advocate, referred business, and the active promotion associated with the referral. When a unique referral record is created, the referral count is increases. The referral count isn't decreased if the referral doesn't convert into opportunity.

Example
Example Here are a few examples of how the referral count is calculated:
Business Scenario Unique Referral Count (Active)
A referring partner introduces three new businesses. 3
Partner X refers Business A. Partner Y also refers Business A. Both referrals are active and linked to active promotions. 2
Partner Z refers Business B through Promotion A. Later, Partner Z refers Business B again through Promotion B. Both referrals are currently active. 2
Your referring partners successfully introduce 10 new businesses. After review, 2 of these are found to be duplicates and all valid referrals are active. 10
Partners have collectively referred 20 distinct businesses that are actively part of your referral program. However, 4 of these referred businesses later became inactive (e.g., they didn't convert, or their associated promotion ended). 20

B2B Referral Management Invocable Actions

To integrate your referral program with external systems, use the set of invocable actions available with B2B Referral Management. The number of times that you run the B2B Referral Management invocable actions counts against your org’s invocable action limits.
