Ways to Track Referral Activities

You can track referral activities with Process Referral Event action. The admin or the developer can add the action to an existing business process. As part of this process, advocates can refer business and referred business can become customers of the company. The action is available for admins in Flow Builder or through Connect API and developers can access the action as an invocable action or from Apex.
