Experience Cloud site managers must be internal site users. Site managers require the Manage Experiences permission so that they can access Experience Workspaces.
Note To enable Experience Workspaces, go to Digital Experiences | Settings.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, select Permission Sets, and then click New.
- Create a permission set for the Manage Experiences permission.
- Go to System | System Permissions, and click Edit.
- Select Manage Experiences, and save your changes.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Add the new permission set to the managing user’s Permission Set Assignments related list.
The user can now manage the site through Experience Management or Experience Workspaces.
