After you have your folder structure set up, you can add files to your folders. In the file picker, the search field filters among loaded files. Use the search option at the bottom of quick results for a broader library search.

| To add files to a library: | Customize Application |
Use the file picker to browse libraries and folders, search by file name, and select files to add to the current library.
-
Go to Files, Libraries, and click
Add Files.

- In the file picker, open the library or folder that contains the files you want (for example, use Libraries in the picker to switch libraries).
-
To narrow the list by file name, enter text in the search field at the top of the file
picker.
Matches appear as you type. This search filters the loaded files in the picker, not every file in the library. If more files are available but not yet loaded (for example, before you scroll further in a long list), you only see a subset of matching names. That limit is expected behavior for this field, not a search malfunction.
-
To search more broadly in the library, go to the bottom of the quick search results and
click the Search row.
That action runs a fuller search and can return more matches than the top search field alone.
- Select the files to add, and click Add (or the equivalent control) to add them to the library.
