The B2C Commerce Data Lakehouse stores product catalog, customer, and sales order data
in entity tables that use the ccdl_ prefix.
Each table represents a specific entity type with its attributes and relationships.
Data Limitations
The following limitations apply to the data available in the B2C Commerce Data Lakehouse. Review these constraints when planning your data integration and analysis.
General
- Data is automatically available only from live production instances. For non-production instances, see Using Non-Production B2C Commerce Environments with Data 360.
- Currency values are in local currency only.
Sales Order Data
- Sales order data isn't real-time.
- Historical sales order data starts on March 1, 2026.
- Orders where the shopper has opted out of tracking (Do Not Track) are excluded from sales order tables.
Product Data
- Product data requires Einstein product catalog feeds to be enabled.
- Product data is refreshed according to your Einstein data export schedule, with a maximum frequency of daily.
- Product records come from the Storefront catalog.
- Product data is available in the site's default locale only.
- Product data doesn't include site-specific attributes.
Customer Profile Data
- Customer profiles that are modified before March 1, 2026 aren't available, even if you've already enabled the export of registered shopper profiles in Business Manager. To export customer profiles going back to March 1, 2026, clear the Enable Ingestion of Registered Shopper Profiles into Data Cloud checkbox and click Apply. Then select the checkbox again, enter the desired date in the Registered Shopper Profile Last Modified Date field, and click Apply. The following topics describe each entity table and its columns.
- ccdl_attribute_definition
Defines custom B2C Commerce attributes and their data types. Each record represents an attribute definition that can be assigned values for various entities. - ccdl_attribute_value
Contains attribute values for various B2C Commerce entities. This is a generalized table for storing custom attributes across different entity types. - ccdl_customer_profile
Contains B2C Commerce customer profile information including contact details, preferences, and activity timestamps. - ccdl_product
Contains detailed information about B2C Commerce products and SKUs. Each record represents a product with its core attributes, identifiers, and metadata. - ccdl_product_catalog
Stores information about B2C Commerce product catalogs. Each record represents a catalog container for categories and products. - ccdl_product_category
Contains category hierarchy information within B2C Commerce catalogs. Each record represents a category with its parent relationship and metadata. - ccdl_product_category_product
Assignment table linking B2C Commerce products to catalog categories, keyed by catalogId, productCategoryId, and productId. Each row flags whether the assignment is the product's primary or classification category. - ccdl_product_image
Stores B2C Commerce product image metadata and paths. Each record represents an image associated with a product. - ccdl_product_option
Definition table for B2C Commerce product options such as gift wrapping or warranties, keyed by productId and productOptionId. Each row carries the option's display name, description, default value, and whether it's shared across products. - ccdl_product_option_value
Selectable values for B2C Commerce product options, keyed by productId, productOptionId, and valueId. Each row is one choice for an option — for example, One Year or Two Year for an Extended Warranty — with its SKU extension. - ccdl_product_product_option
Junction table linking B2C Commerce products to the product options available on them, keyed by productId and productOptionId. Each row associates one product with one option defined in ccdl_product_option. - ccdl_sales_order
Order-header table for placed B2C Commerce orders, keyed by documentNo and siteId. Each row holds one order's grand totals, subtotals, shipping, and tax in the tendered currency. - ccdl_sales_order_customer
Contains customer details associated with B2C Commerce sales orders. Each record captures customer profile, default address, and billing address information at the time of order placement. - ccdl_sales_order_product
Order line-item table for placed B2C Commerce orders, keyed by documentNo, position, and siteId. Each row is one product line with its SKU, quantity, base and discounted pricing, and tax. - ccdl_sales_order_product_option_value
Contains product option values for line items in B2C Commerce sales orders. Each record represents a selected option value for a product in an order. - ccdl_site
Contains site configuration and settings. Each record represents a B2C Commerce storefront site with its currency, locale, catalog, and customer list assignments.
