Each table represents a specific entity type with its attributes and relationships. ## Data Limitations The following limitations apply to the data available in the B2C Commerce Data Lakehouse. Review these constraints when planning your data integration and analysis. **General** - Data is automatically available only from live production instances. For non-production instances, see [Using Non-Production B2C Commerce Environments with Data 360](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=cc.b2c_data_cloud_non_production_environments.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Starting with release 26.1, use non-production B2C Commerce environments with Data 360 features such as Engagement Events and Near Real-Time Segmentation."). - Currency values are in local currency only. **Sales Order Data** - Sales order data isn't real-time. - Historical sales order data starts on March 1, 2026. - Orders where the shopper has opted out of tracking (Do Not Track) are excluded from sales order tables. **Product Data** - Product data requires Einstein product catalog feeds to be enabled. - Product data is refreshed according to your Einstein data export schedule, with a maximum frequency of daily. - Product records come from the Storefront catalog. - Product data is available in the site's default locale only. - Product data doesn't include site-specific attributes. **Customer Profile Data** - Customer profiles that are modified before March 1, 2026 aren't available, even if you've already enabled the export of registered shopper profiles in Business Manager. To export customer profiles going back to March 1, 2026, clear the **Enable Ingestion of Registered Shopper Profiles into Data Cloud** checkbox and click **Apply**. Then select the checkbox again, enter the desired date in the **Registered Shopper Profile Last Modified Date** field, and click **Apply**.
