Point Anypoint Studio on macOS to your own JDK by adding the -vm option to the AnypointStudio.ini file. Studio then starts with the JDK installation that you specify instead of its bundled JDK.
-
Go to your
/Applicationsfolder, right click theAnypointStudiopackage and select Show Package Contents. -
Go to
Contents>Eclipse, and open theAnypointStudio.inifile. -
Add the -vm option to point to your specific JDK installation path.
-vm /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-11.0.11+9/Contents/Home/bin/java-
The
-vmoption and the installation path must be on separate lines. -
The value must be the full absolute or relative path to the Java executable, not just to the Java home directory.
-
The
-vmoption must occur after the other Studio-specific options (such as-product,--launcher.*, and so on), but before the-vmargsoption.
