EnablementCoaching

Represents an enablement coaching that facilitates the formal evaluation of attendees. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Fields

ActualEndDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time when the enablement coaching ended.

EnablementPlanComments

  • Type: textarea
  • Properties: Create, Nillable, Update
  • Description: The actionable goals and next steps captured as an outcome of the enablement coaching.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it's possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
  • Description: The unique identifier of the enablement coaching record.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the owner of this object.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Owner
  • Refers To: Group, User

PlannedEndDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The planned date and time for the completion of the enablement coaching.

PlannedStartDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
  • Description: The planned date and time for the commencement of the enablement coaching.

PreviousEnablementCoachingId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The previous enablement coaching of the attendee.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: PreviousEnablementCoaching
  • Refers To: EnablementCoaching

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The status of the enablement coaching.
  • Possible values:
    • Acknowledged
    • Cancelled
    • EmployeeReview—Feedback Review
    • Finished—Completed
    • InReview—Evaluation in Progress
    • Planned
    • SelfEvaluation—Self-Evaluation
