# EnablementCoaching

Represents an enablement coaching that facilitates the formal evaluation of attendees. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), search(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

## Fields

### ActualEndDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date and time when the enablement coaching ended.

### EnablementPlanComments

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Nillable, Update
- **Description**: The actionable goals and next steps captured as an outcome of the enablement coaching.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it's possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The unique identifier of the enablement coaching record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the owner of this object.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### PlannedEndDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The planned date and time for the completion of the enablement coaching.

### PlannedStartDateTime

- **Description**: The planned date and time for the commencement of the enablement coaching.

### PreviousEnablementCoachingId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The previous enablement coaching of the attendee.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: PreviousEnablementCoaching
- **Refers To**: EnablementCoaching

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The status of the enablement coaching.
- **Possible values**:
    - Acknowledged
    - Cancelled
    - EmployeeReview—Feedback Review
    - Finished—Completed
    - InReview—Evaluation in Progress
    - Planned
    - SelfEvaluation—Self-Evaluation
