manage referral intake forms and configure referral assignment rules to speed up referral
submissions.

Referrals (PUT)
Create a referral record or update an existing referral record. This API submits the referral through the context service, saves the changes, and returns the IDs of the created or updated records in the response. -
Referral Form Configurations (GET, PUT)
Create or update a referral form configuration record along with its steps, sections, fields, welcome screen, and success screen. Get a paginated list of referral form configuration records. -
Referral Form Configuration Definitions (DELETE, GET, PATCH)
Retrieve, activate, deactivate, or delete a referral form configuration definition and its related configurations by the definition ID. This API updates only the definition's activation status and doesn't modify its steps, sections, fields, or other configuration settings. -
Referral Assignment Rules
Use these resources to create, retrieve, update, delete, activate, deactivate, and reorder referral assignment rules, and to get metadata for building rule conditions. Referral assignment rules automatically assign referrals to a user or queue when the referral matches the rule conditions.
