FinancialAccountFee

Represents the charges levied on a financial account This object is available in API version 60.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

Automotive and Vehicle and Asset Finance must be enabled.

Fields

Amount

  • Type: currency
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The amount that is charged for the request.

EndDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date until when the applicable fee is charged on the financial account.

FinancialAccountId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: The financial account to which the fee is charged. This field is a relationship field.
  • Relationship Name: FinancialAccount
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: FinancialAccount

Frequency

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The frequency at which applicable fee is charged on the financial account, such as yearly or monthly.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date when a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date when a user viewed this record.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: The name of the record.

Rate

  • Type: percent
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The amount in percentage that is charged for the request.

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The unique identifier of the financial account fee in an external system.

StartDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date from when the applicable fee is charged on the financial accouint.

Type

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the type of the financial account fee. Possible values are:
  • Excess Mileage Charge
  • Late Payment Fee
  • Loan Processing Fee
  • Prepayment Charge
  • Turn-In Fee
  • Wear and Tear Fee
