FinancialAccount

Represents a financing option, such as an automotive loan or lease related to a customer. This object is available in API version 60.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

Automotive and Vehicle and Asset Finance must be enabled.

AmountDue

  • Type: currency

  • Description: The amount that is due for payment for the financial account.

AmountPastDue

  • Type: currency

  • Description: The payment amount that wasn't paid by the due date.

BranchUnitId

  • Description: The captive finance unit associated with the financial account. This field is a relationship field.

ClosingDate

  • Description: The date when the financial account was closed.

CreditLimit

  • Description: The total credit limit avaialble for the financial account.

DaysPastDue

  • Description: The number of days past the payment due date.

DownPaymentAmount

  • Description: An initial up-front partial payment amount.

FinancialAccountNumber

  • Description: The identifier of the financial account.

InsurancePaidYearToDate

  • Description: The total amount of insurance premium paid in the current tax year.

  • Description: The total amount of interest paid in the current tax year.

InterestRate

  • Type: double

  • Description: The rate of interest applied on the loan or lease.

InterestType

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the type of interest applied to the loan or lease. Possible values are: Fixed, or Variable.

IsHeldAway

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Indicates whether this financial account is owned externally (true) or in-house (false). The default value is false.

IsOverdraftAllowed

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Indicates whether the financial account allows an overdraft (true) or not (false). The default value is false.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

MaturityDate

  • Description: The date when the financial account with a fixed term matures.

  • Description: The date when the financial account is due for renewal.

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The identifier of the financial account in an external system such as a captive finance dealer management system.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the status of the financial account. Possible values are: The default value is Active. Active, Closed, Delinquent, or On Hold.

Term

  • Type: int
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The term for which a loan or lease is taken.

TotalOutstandingAmount

  • Type: currency
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The total outstanding amount on the financial account.

Type

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the type of the financial account. Possible values are: Asset Lease, Asset Loan, Automotive Lease, or Automotive Loan.
