If your privacy jobs fail due to system limits or timeout errors, reduce the batch size to process fewer records at once. You can set this value from 1 through 2,000.
- In Privacy Center, go to the Privacy Policies tab.

Open the page containing batch size settings.
- For a new policy, go to the Add Object page.
- For an existing policy, select Edit from the policy's dropdown list to open the Edit Policy Details page.
- Select Set batch size manually.
- In the Batch Size field, enter a number from 1 through 2,000.
- Save your changes.
