User Permissions Needed
To use Preference Manager: ManagePreferenceManager

To host a preference form directly from Salesforce:

  1. Add your org’s My Domain login URL to the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing list. For more information, see Configure Your Domain to Host Preference Forms.
    You can find your org’s My Domain login URL on the My Domain page in Setup.
  2. Create an access token for the user you’re sending the preference form to so that their consent information is updated. For more information, see Create Preference Form Access Tokens.
  3. From the Preference Manager dashboard, select the Forms tab. In the API Name column of the table, find and copy the API name of the preference form that you want to host.
  4. Add your org’s My Domain name login URL, the preference form API name, and the access token to this standard URL: https://MyDomainLoginUrl/prefmanager/form.jsp?prefManagerName={API NAME}&pctoken={TOKEN}

Example

If your MyDomain login URL is https://Zephyrus.my.salesforce.com, and your preference form name is Zephyrus_Housing, your URL with an appended access token would be: https://Zephyrus.my.salesforce.com//prefmanager/form.jsp?prefManagerName=Zephyrus_Housing&pctoken=QVM3MDAwMDAwMGxkN01KRjBrQndVT1gwM1BXYTEzdWo3R000ZmNham5pSlVhTDc4OGNxQ2haa2pidEJjRHVjaFK39
