# Host Preference Forms on a Static Web Page

Host your preference form online from Salesforce by using a static web page. Send the web page’s URL directly to your users without creating an external website or Experience Cloud site.

### Required Editions

        <tbody>

To host a preference form directly from Salesforce:

1. Add your org’s My Domain login URL to the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing list. For more information, see [Configure Your Domain to Host Preference Forms](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.preference_center_external_site.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add the domain where your preference form is hosted to the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing list so that your users can access your form. Complete this step before you host your form on an external website or before you use the default method with hosting on a static web page.").

    You can find your org’s My Domain login URL on the My Domain page in Setup.
2. Create an access token for the user you’re sending the preference form to so that their consent information is updated. For more information, see [Create Preference Form Access Tokens](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.preference_center_tokens.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Create preference form access tokens in Preference Manager so that your users can view and edit your preference forms from an external site, a static web page, or an Experience Cloud site without logging in.").
3. From the Preference Manager dashboard, select the Forms tab. In the API Name column of the table, find and copy the API name of the preference form that you want to host.
4. Add your org’s My Domain name login URL, the preference form API name, and the access token to this standard URL: `https://MyDomainLoginUrl/prefmanager/form.jsp?prefManagerName={API NAME}&pctoken={TOKEN}`

Example

If your MyDomain login URL is `https://Zephyrus.my.salesforce.com`, and your preference form name is Zephyrus\_Housing, your URL with an appended access token would be: `https://Zephyrus.my.salesforce.com//prefmanager/form.jsp?prefManagerName=Zephyrus_Housing&pctoken=QVM3MDAwMDAwMGxkN01KRjBrQndVT1gwM1BXYTEzdWo3R000ZmNham5pSlVhTDc4OGNxQ2haa2pidEJjRHVjaFK39`

Send the URL for the static web page to your user so that they can fill out and submit the preference form.
