The Business Brand object represents unique brands that belong to a parent entity. Create Business Brand records on your preference forms for company brands or departments, such as Mulesoft and Tableau. When you gather customer communication preferences, you can indicate which brands that you’re collecting consent for.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Contact Point Consent.
- Click New, then click the Business Brand text box, and select New Business Brand.
- Enter a name for your brand and an optional Org ID or linked parent Business Brand object. Save your work.
