To use Proactive Asset Service, enable CRM Analytics and set up permissions.
Proactive Asset Service insights are powered by CRM Analytics. On the Proactive Asset Service Setup page, click Enable in the Enable CRM Analytics step and follow the process to enable CRM Analytics.
