To use Proactive Asset Service, enable CRM Analytics and set up permissions.

Proactive Asset Service insights are powered by CRM Analytics. On the Proactive Asset Service Setup page, click **Enable** in the Enable CRM Analytics step and follow the process to enable CRM Analytics.
