Omniscripts Telephone Element (Managed Package)

For the managed package runtime, enable users to enter a phone number by adding a Telephone element to your Omniscript. Limit the length and format of the number the user can enter.

  1. Drag a Telephone element from the Build panel onto the canvas.
  2. In the Properties panel, give the element a name in the Name field.
  3. In Field Label, enter a label visible to the user.
  4. In Mask, update the allowable format by entering a custom pattern.
    The default is (999) 999-9999, which matches any US-based phone number. For more information about patterns, see Pattern Mask at https://imask.js.org/guide.html#masked-pattern.
  5. In Minimum Length, update the minimum number of characters the user must enter.
  6. In Maximum length, update the maximum number of characters the user can enter.
