Keep your contacts and partners specific to the org that you're logged in to, and update them whenever they change. Because Salesforce can use this information for either org-level or account-level communications, choose contacts who can represent both. If you don't provide information for all the Org Responsibilities sections, Salesforce reminds you regularly when you go to Setup.

Security Contact

Partner of Record

The service providers that handle strategy, implementation, or maintenance for your Salesforce org. If your org isn't self-managed, the Partner of Record can be Salesforce Professional Services, a Salesforce Consulting Partner, or a third-party service provider.
