Vouchers are a great way to gratify customers who have had a negative experience while
engaging with your company or the loyalty program. When interacting with members or while working
on a member's case, service reps can issue vouchers to members. In case members don’t receive
their eligible vouchers, service reps, and loyalty program managers can issue the vouchers to the
impacted members.

| To issue vouchers by using the Issue Voucher quick action: |
Loyalty Management permission set
AND
Create permission on:
- Voucher Definition
- Voucher
- Loyalty Program Member

Open the Loyalty Program Member record of the member to whom the voucher must be
issued.

Click
and
select Issue Voucher.

Select the voucher definition that must issue the voucher and change other values as
required.

Click Issue.
The voucher is instantly issued to the member.
