Allow Members to Join and Leave Loyalty Program and Promotions from Experience Cloud Site

Give contacts, accounts, and person accounts in your company the permission to join or leave your loyalty program from the loyalty program’s Experience Cloud site. You can also give loyalty program members the permission to join or opt out of promotions from the Experience Cloud site.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management
User Permissions Needed
To provide members access to join and leave loyalty program and promotions from Experience Cloud site:
  • System Administrator
  • Loyalty Management

Before you turn on the setting, ensure that your customers and members have access to:

  • Visit your loyalty program’s Experience Cloud site as external users.
  • View the loyalty program that customers can join.
  • View the promotion that members can join.
Tip
Tip Use sharing sets in your Experience Cloud site to provide customers and members access to the loyalty program and promotion records.
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Loyalty Management, and then select Loyalty Management Settings.
  2. Turn on Customers and Members Join and Opt Out from Experience Cloud Site.

After you turn on the setting, Loyalty Program Member records get Create assess to Account, Contact, and Loyalty Program Member Promotion objects, and View access to the Loyalty Program Process Rule object.
