The loyalty program member and partner must belong to the same loyalty program. A
loyalty program manager or a customer service representative can initiate the linking. Make sure
that you initiate linking within the linkage window that the partner allows.

From the App Launcher, search and select Loyalty Program Member Linked
Partners.

Click New.

Search and select the Loyalty Program Member to whom you want to link a partner.

Search and select the Loyalty Program Partner you want to link to a member.

Enter an external identifier of the member's partner account.

Save your changes.
