# Link Partners by Using Loyalty Management

The loyalty program member and partner must belong to the same loyalty program. A loyalty program manager or a customer service representative can initiate the linking. Make sure that you initiate linking within the linkage window that the partner allows.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, search and select **Loyalty Program Member Linked Partners**.
2. Click **New**.
3. Search and select the Loyalty Program Member to whom you want to link a partner.
4. Search and select the Loyalty Program Partner you want to link to a member.
5. Enter an external identifier of the member's partner account.
6. Save your changes.
