Learn about the Cancel Voucher process template and its components. Also, understand how you can use the template to create a loyalty program process and execute the process.

| To clone loyalty program process templates: | Loyalty Management permission set |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Loyalty Management.
- On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the process.
- Click Loyalty Processes.
- On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click New.
- Select Create from Template, and then click Next.
- From the Voucher category templates, select Cancel Voucher, and then click Next.
- Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
- Save your changes.
The loyalty program process that’s created contains the Cancel Voucher rule and a set of parameters for the rule.
If necessary, customize the Cancel Voucher rule step or create additional rules for the process.
