# Create a Process Using Cancel Voucher Process Template

Learn about the Cancel Voucher process template and its components. Also, understand how you can use the template to create a loyalty program process and execute the process.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Loyalty Management**.
2. On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the process.
3. Click **Loyalty Processes**.
4. On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click **New**.
5. Select **Create from Template**, and then click **Next**.
6. From the Voucher category templates, select **Cancel Voucher**, and then click **Next**.
7. Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
8. Save your changes.

The loyalty program process that’s created contains the Cancel Voucher rule and a set of parameters for the rule.

If necessary, customize the Cancel Voucher rule step or create additional rules for the process.
