Use the Opt Out of Promotion loyalty program process template to create processes. After you create the process, customize the process to suit your loyalty program’s requirements.

| To clone loyalty program process templates: | Loyalty Management permission set |
- On a Loyalty Program record, click Loyalty Processes.
- On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click New.
- Select Create from Template, and click Next.
- From the Promotion category templates, select Opt Out of Promotion, and click Next.
- Enter a name for the loyalty program process.

Save your changes.
A loyalty program process is created by cloning the Opt Out of Promotions template.
To customize the template, open the Opt Out of Promotions rule and customize the rule as per your requirements.
