# Create a Process Using the Opt Out of Promotion Template

Use the Opt Out of Promotion loyalty program process template to create processes. After you create the process, customize the process to suit your loyalty program’s requirements.

### Required Editions

1. On a Loyalty Program record, click **Loyalty Processes**.
2. On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click **New**.
3. Select **Create from Template**, and click **Next**.
4. From the Promotion category templates, select **Opt Out of Promotion**, and click **Next**.
5. Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
6. Save your changes.
    
    A loyalty program process is created by cloning the Opt Out of Promotions template.

To customize the template, open the Opt Out of Promotions rule and customize the rule as per your requirements.
