Set up the flows that you can use to automatically update the time sheet records when any resource absence records are modified.

Clone the Flow Builder templates available with Timesheets and Labor Cost Optimization. You must create at least one flow from each of these templates.

| Create Absence Time Sheet Entries | Mobile and Desktop | Generates Time Sheet Entry records when a Resource Absence record is approved. Before doing so, it ensures that any existing TimeSheet Entry records are deleted. It also manages changes, cancellation, or rejection of approved requests. |
| Remove Absence Time Sheet Entries | Mobile and Desktop | Deletes the time sheet entries associated with the resource absence record that triggered the flow. |
- From Setup, find and select Flows under Process Automation.
- Click the flow template that you want to clone. For example, Create Absence Time Sheet Entries.
- Click Save As on the header of the flow builder and enter a flow label and a flow API name.
- Save your changes.
- To activate the flow, click Activate.
