The Product Service Campaign data model includes objects and fields that you can use to organize activities in product service campaigns, track assets and vehicles in product service campaigns, and manage the services to be performed for assets and vehicles.

To set up actionable lists, assign the required permissions to users, turn on the features in Setup, and configure the data sources for actionable lists based on your business needs. You can create actionable lists from two data sources: actionable list definitions and Data Cloud segments.

Help service managers and agents capture key information, review critical details, and perform relevant actions for product service campaigns. Configure page layouts to help service managers and agents create product service campaign items from actionable lists and quickly generate work orders for product service campaign items. Add the required fields, buttons, and related lists to page layouts for the Product Service Campaign, Product Service Campaign Item, and Work Order objects.
