Create a Product Service Campaign Definition

Specify information about the product or part that is impacted in a product service campaign.

User Permissions Needed
To create and update Product Service Campaign Definitions Product Service Campaign permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Product Service Campaign Definitions.
  2. Click New.
    The name of the record is automatically populated.
  3. Provide values for these fields.
    Product Service Campaign Group Definition The product service campaign group definition associated with the product service campaign definition.
    Product The impacted product of a product service campaign.
    Description The description of the product service campaign definition.
    Make Name The make name on the product record related to the product service campaign definition.

    Note This field is derived from the associated product record.
    Model Name The model name on the product record related to the product service campaign definition.

    Note This field is derived from the associated product record.
    Model Year The model year on the product record related to the product service campaign definition.

    Business Brand The business brand on the product record related to the product service campaign definition.

    Impacted Unit Count The actual number of units impacted of the product service campaign definition.

    Manufacturer Location The location of the manufacturer associated with the product service campaign definition.
    Starting Serial Number The serial number of the first impacted item in a serialized batch of items associated with a product service campaign.
    Ending Serial Number The serial number of the last impacted item in a serialized batch of items associated with a product service campaign.
    Production Start Date The date when a manufacturer began production for a faulty product associated with a product service campaign.
    Production End Date The date when a manufacturer ended production for a faulty product associated with a product service campaign.
