Review the permission sets that each persona needs to set up and use Product Service Campaign.
| Persona | What They Do | Permission Set |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Admins set up product service campaigns, actionable lists, and the data sources for actionable lists. They create data processing engine definitions and actionable list definitions. |
|
| Service Manager | Service managers create product service campaigns, create actionable lists that contain impacted assets, and add the assets to the product service campaign. |
|
| Service Agent | Service agents create work orders and return orders to track the work to be performed on assets. They generate work orders for selected or all items in product service campaign. They use the actionable lists for the product service campaign to perform outreach activities. |

To enable Asset Lifecycle Management, the IndustriesFieldServiceAddOn license is required.
To set up and use actionable lists, admins, service managers, and service agents need access to Actionable List, Actionable List Column, and other objects for actionable lists. The object permissions aren't included in the Actionable Segmentation permission set. You can grant these object permissions by creating a permission set or by editing the profiles of the relevant users.
To set up and use actionable lists by using Data Cloud segments, admins and service managers need Data Cloud permissions. See Data Cloud Standard Permission Sets
