Add Segments

You can view the segments created from Data Cloud and map the promotions using Add Segments.

1. In the Loyalty Programs tab, select your loyalty program.
2. On the Loyalty Experiences tab, select the promotion.
3. On the Related tab, click Promotion Segments.
4. In the Promotion Segments, click Add Segments.
5. To add segments for the promotion, search and select the segments.
6. Save your changes.

Note After you associate a promotion with a segment, sometimes loyalty program process rules or Flow actions aren’t able to filter members based on their segments when applying promotions. It takes around one hour for loyalty program process rules and Flow actions to update after segments are associated with promotions.
