Streamline business processes with flows in PRM for Slack. Customize predesigned flows such as registering a deal for partners or approving a deal registration for partner account managers (PAMs). You can also create automated flows or global actions in Salesforce Setup. - Enable Flows in PRM for Slack
After flows are created or customized in Flow Builder, enable them in PRM for Slack so they show in Setup. - Enable Global Actions in PRM for Slack
After you create a global action in Salesforce Setup, enable it in PRM for Slack Setup.

Two predesigned flows are available: Register a Deal and Approve a Deal.
- To create a business process, select Create New Flow.
- To customize a preinstalled business process, select Register a Deal, Notify Approvers of a Deal, or Approve a Deal under Preconfigured Business Processes.
Enable Flows in PRM for Slack
After flows are created or customized in Flow Builder, enable them in PRM for Slack so they show in Setup.

- Select the flow to enable, and then click Enable from its action
menu.
Go to the PRM for Slack Home tab and click Looking for more actions to see your enabled actions.
Tip Flows are configured for internal and partner users in Salesforce, and access is linked to user-specific profiles. All flows that are enabled for Slack in your Salesforce org appear in the PRM for Slack app.
Enable Global Actions in PRM for Slack
After you create a global action in Salesforce Setup, enable it in PRM for Slack Setup.
