With the Multi-Org feature, you can connect multiple Salesforce orgs to one Slack workspace. Access this feature with a button on the Salesforce for Slack Home Tab or a slash command.

With Multi-org Management, you can connect up to five Salesforce orgs, manage all org connections and view existing connections.
Users can:
- Connect and disconnect your Salesforce user
- Set the selected connection as preferred
- View the selected preferred Salesforce org
Salesforce admins or designated managing users also can:
- Disconnect a connection
- Select a default connection
- View the selected default connection
The Preferred and Default labels determine which Salesforce org handles slash commands or shortcuts.
- Preferred: Preferred takes highest precedence. The user sets their Preferred org. Slash commands or shortcuts use the Preferred org.
- Default: The Salesforce Admin sets the default. If there’s no Preferred org, the Default org is used.
