Configure Support Staff Permissions for Pathways

Give support staff the object and field permissions they need to use Pathways in Student Success Hub.

Note Requires a Customer Community Plus or Customer Community Plus Login license, such as through Experience Cloud for Learner Success.

Make sure your support staff and System Administrators have the access they need to the objects and fields used specifically by Pathways.

Tip Setting all permissions correctly is essential, but pay especially close attention to setting field permissions. If field permissions are incorrect, support staff members are likely to encounter errors using the app. It's easy to overlook a field, and tracking down the source of errors can be tricky and time-consuming. So double-check your field permissions—or better yet, triple-check them.
