Note
Note Requires a Customer Community Plus or Customer Community Plus Login license, such as through Experience Cloud for Learner Success.

To use Pathways, your org needs records for Courses, Program Plans, Plan Requirements, and Terms. For more information, see Import Your School's Data.

Create Your Course and Term Records

To use the SSH Program Plan Builder component, you need Course and Term records.

Create Your Program Plan and Plan Requirement Records

To use the SSH Program Plan Highlights and SSH Program Plan Requirements Summary components, you need Program Plan and Plan Requirement records.

Tip
Tip Before creating your records, review Learn How Program Plans Work with Pathways.

To create your Program Plan and Plan Requirement records, we recommend setting up a spreadsheet for each Program Plan. This spreadsheet will make your data entry easier. To be efficient, list each Plan Requirement and its necessary fields. That way you can create all your Plan Requirements at one time without getting lost in the levels.

Here's what a Program Plan spreadsheet might look like for a BS in Economics for the catalog year 2019-2020.
