With the Create Case mass action button, support staff can select up to 50 Alerts, including Alerts of different record types, and then create a Case of the same record type for each Alert, all at one time. They can create Cases for record types that you, as admin, make available to them.
With the Apply Success Plan mass action button, support staff can also select up to 50 Alerts of different record types, and then apply the same Success Plan Template to each Alert. The newly created Success Plans are related to the student record Case associated with the Alerts, and aren’t related to the Alerts themselves.
Add the buttons to Alerts list views so that support staff can create Cases and apply Success Plans to multiple Alerts for multiple students at one time. And add the buttons to the Alerts tab of the Student Record Case page so that support staff can create Cases and apply Success Plans to multiple Alerts for the same student at one time.
