Appointments Enhancements
Learn about the improvements for applicants management in Student Success Hub (version 2.60) in Summer '22.
- Support staff and admins can now sync their Student Success Hub appointments with their work calendars using Salesforce calendar sync tools. Learn more about calendar sync in Set Up SSH to Sync with Work Calendars.
- We've enabled Reports on the Appointment object by default so that new customers don't have to manually enable the Appointments report. Existing customers can select Allow Reporting on the appointment to enable reports.
- We improved the functioning of canceled and upcoming group appointments to ensure that the appointments statuses are properly updated. This improvement fixes a known issue.
Tasks Enhancements
Learn about the improvements for tasks in Student Success Hub (version 2.60) in Summer '22.
- We enhanced the Flexible Snapshot to include success plan tasks in the task count.
- We improved the Number of Overdue Tasks counter to use the community user's time zone instead of GMT. This keeps the number of overdue tasks in success plans from being inconsistent due to differing time zones.
- We improved the tasks list so that inactive tasks are no longer placed on the tasks list when the success plan template is applied. This improvement fixes a known issue.

- Known Issue: Student Advisor Link - Appointments Scheduled from portal are associated with closed advisee case record instead of open ones.

- Known Issue: Student Advisor Link - Topics are not populating in the new Scheduling Wizard upon selecting the Anyone on this team option on the Assign tab.
